What can I do to resolve the "headset not found" error?
Do the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
- Close all Steam apps on your computer, including the SteamVR app.
- Check that the cables between the link box and your computer are properly connected. Disconnect and reconnect the cables as needed.
- Restart the link box by pressing the Power button to turn it off, and then pressing the Power button again to turn it back on. On your computer, you might see a notification that drivers are being installed. Wait for the installation to finish.
- Restart the SteamVR app.
