What should I do when VIVE AI responds with "‍Something went wrong, please try again"‍ or "‍Sorry, can't connect to the server, please try again"‍?

This is a known issue with Google Gemini. If you hear either of these messages after asking VIVE AI to do something, please try the following:
  • Check that your glasses are connected to VIVE Connect on your phone. See Connecting your glasses for details.
  • In the mobile Gemini app, tap your account avatar and then go to Settings > Google Assistant features in Gemini. Turn Use Google Assistant features off, then back on.
  • If the above steps don't fix the issue, uninstall the mobile Gemini app from your phone and reinstall it.
