My glasses are connected to VIVE Connect but I still can't update my glasses or import media, what should I do?

If your glasses are connected to VIVE Connect but you can't update the glasses' software, import media, or even send feedback, try the following:
  1. Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.
    Note: Make sure your glasses are connected to VIVE Connect. See Connecting your glasses.
  2. Tap > General > Advanced > Connection preference.
  3. Turn on Automatic band selection.
    Note: If the problem persists, try manually selecting 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz depending on your current location.
