Submitting feedback for your glasses

Send us feedback about VIVE Eagle or report an issue that you're having with it. Here's how:
  1. Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.
  2. Tap .
  3. Scroll down and tap Feedback.
  4. Select a Category and enter your feedback under Description.
    Tip:
    • If you're experiencing an issue with your glasses, describe it in as much detail as possible.
    • Upload photos or videos (up to five total) to help us better understand your feedback.
    • Turn on Contact me via email so we can email you a response.
  5. Tap Submit.
  6. Choose whether or not to include logs.

    If you're submitting feedback related to an issue you're having with your glasses, we strongly recommend including the logs to help us better understand the issue.

Note: If your phone is connected to Android Auto or Apple CarPlay, you'll need to disconnect from it first to submit feedback.
