Status LED

The LED on the inner right side of the glasses indicates the current status.
LED Status
Solid white
  • Video recording is ongoing.
  • The glasses are pairing with VIVE Connect.
  • The glasses are fully charged (glasses are being charged and not worn).
Flashing white
  • The glasses are in pairing mode.
  • There's an incoming call.
  • VIVE Connect is finding the glasses.
Pulsing white
  • VIVE AI or phone assistant is listening.
  • The glasses are starting up.
Pulsing white and pink alternately The system software on the glasses is being updated.
Solid pink Glasses are being charged (glasses are not worn).
Flashing red Battery is less than 5% when trying to enter pairing mode or perform a factory reset.
Pulsing red Glasses are being charged but power is not enough to turn the glasses on. See What should I do if the glasses won't turn on even after charging them for a while? The status LED is also pulsing red.
Off The glasses are off.
