While setting up the glasses, a "‍Go to phone's Bluetooth settings"‍ message keeps appearing but I don't see my VIVE Eagle in the list, what should I do?

If you don't see your VIVE Eagle under Saved devices in your phone's Bluetooth settings, try restarting both your phone and glasses. If the same message still appears after restarting both devices, please do the following.
Important: This procedure will delete your phone's Bluetooth and Wi‍-Fi settings, including all saved devices and networks. Before proceeding, try restarting both your phone and glasses first.
  1. On your phone, go to Settings > System > Reset options.
    Note: If you can't find this path on your phone, try searching for Reset options on your phone's Settings screen.
  2. Tap Reset Bluetooth & Wi-Fi > Reset.
