I've already turned up the volume but it's still too low, what should I do?
When using certain
Android devices with
VIVE Eagle, the media volume may not sync as expected. This means voice commands or swiping the touchpad will not make the volume any louder. If this happens, try the following:
In your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for Device volume sync or Media volume sync and make sure it's turned on. If the option isn't available or if turning it on doesn't fix the issue, please use your phone's volume control to raise the volume of the glasses.
