What should I do if the glasses won't turn on even after charging them for a while? The status LED is also pulsing red.

If your glasses won't turn on and the status LED is pulsing red, please try the following:
  1. If you're wearing the glasses, take them off.
  2. Long press the AI button until the status LED stops pulsing red—long press for around 12 seconds.
    Tip: Make sure to check the status LED while long pressing the AI button.
  3. Do one of the following:
    • If the status LED stops pulsing red, wait for the glasses to restart. The status LED will start pulsing white after the glasses restart.
    • If the status LED doesn't stop pulsing red, release the button and go to step 4.
  4. Press the capture button five times in quick succession to perform a factory reset.
    Step four only works if your glasses' firmware is updated to version 1.13.999.3 or later. If step four doesn't work for you, contact customer support.
