Pairing and unpairing your glasses

Pairing your VIVE Eagle with VIVE Connect allows you to send media to your phone and access VIVE AI functions.

Pairing your glasses

Important:
  • Initializing the pairing process automatically clears any stored data on your glasses. If your VIVE Eagle is currently paired with a different phone, make sure to import all media beforehand to prevent losing any important data.
  • Make sure that your phone has Bluetooth turned on.
  1. Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.
  2. Tap > Pair new.
  3. Read the Terms and License Agreement and Privacy Policy and select the box.
    Important: You need to agree to the Terms and License Agreement and Privacy Policy to continue.
  4. Tap Get started.
  5. Sign in with your HTC account.
  6. Grant the necessary VIVE Connect app permissions.
  7. Follow the onscreen instructions.

Unpairing your glasses

Important: Before unpairing your glasses, make sure to import all important media to your phone. Initializing the pairing process automatically clears any stored data on your glasses.
  1. Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.
  2. Tap > Glasses > Unpair.
  3. Confirm the action by tapping Unpair.
