What can I do if I have trouble with the eye tracking software?
If you have trouble with eye tracking, you can restart your headset and the tracking software. This might be helpful if you encounter a sudden loss of eye tracking, related error messages, or are unable to run the calibration tool.
- From your computer system tray, right-click the SR_Runtime tray icon and then click Exit.
- Turn off your headset by pressing the button on the link box.
- Wait at least five seconds, and then press the button on the link box again to your headset back on.
- On your computer, restart SR_Runtime.
