Managing voice recordings
You can use
VIVE AI Notes to transcribe and generate summaries for your voice recordings.
Note:
- First-time users of VIVE AI Notes automatically receive free transcription minutes that are consumed depending on the length of recordings.
- VIVE AI Notes supports multiple languages. For the full list, see Supported languages for VIVE AI Notes.
Transcribing voice recordings using VIVE AI Notes
- Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.

VIVE AI screen
, tap
Voice recordings.
- Tap the recording you want to transcribe.
- Tap Transript.
- Select the transcription language, and then tap Transcribe.
Generating an AI summary using VIVE AI Notes
VIVE AI Notes can provide a summary of your meetings and conversations, complete with details such as the date, participants, key points, and action items.
You can only generate an AI summary for voice recordings that have already been transcribed. For details, see Transcribing voice recordings using VIVE AI Notes.
- Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.

- Tap the recording you want to summarize.
- Tap Summary.
Renaming a voice recording file
- Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.

Sharing voice recording files

You can share the audio (.aac), transcript (.pdf), and/or summary (.pdf).

Deleting voice recording files
- Launch VIVE Connect on your phone.

> Delete.
- To confirm, tap Delete.
