How can I make VIVE AI do what I ask?
For
Android phone users,
VIVE AI needs to work with
Google Assistant™ to complete some tasks. To enable this, you'll need to connect Google Assistant with specific apps.
Note: The setting paths below may vary depending on the phone model.
- On your phone, go to Settings > Google > All services tab.
- Under Settings for Google apps, tap Search, Assistant & Voice > Google Assistant.

ALL SETTINGS, scroll through the features and see what you can connect to Google Assistant.
For example, if you want VIVE AI to be able to play music from your music service provider such as YouTube Music or Spotify®, tap Music and then select your preferred music service provider. If you want Google Assistant to work with apps installed on your phone, tap Your apps, select an app, and then set how you want Google Assistant to work with it.
Note: For
Android users, please make sure:
- Assistant responses on lock screen is turned on in the Google Assistant settings. In your phone's Settings, go to Google > All services tab > Search, Assistant & Voice > Google Assistant > Lock screen.
- Set one of your Google Assistant languages to match the language used by VIVE Connect. To set the language used to interact with Google Assistant, go to Languages in the Google Assistant settings.
Note: For
iOS users, please make sure:
- Allow Siri When Locked is turned on in Settings > Siri.
- Siri is set to the same language as VIVE Connect.
