I tried to cancel my subscription, but I can't seem to be able to. What should I do?

If on the unsubscribe confirmation screen you're unable to click Yes, it's because you haven't selected your initial five titles yet.

The only scenario that this will happen is when you immediately try to cancel your subscription right after sign-up.

To proceed with the cancellation, you need to complete selecting the titles first.
